In life when things become overwhelming we sometimes forget the simple things like “Let Go and Let God”. Many times we overthink issues in our lives that have simple solutions. When we overthink we tend to dwell and make our problems larger than they are. Here are some scripture verses that help us Let Go and Let God Take Control Of It.

When life is getting a little rough or you are looking for an answer, visit these verses and let God handle it. Sometimes we just need to breath deep, relax and listen to get the guidance we need. This would be a good place for my all time favorite biblical quote “BE STILL”.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” – Proverbs 3:5-6

let go and let god handle it

Trust In The Lord

To follow the lord you must trust in the lord. Trust God enough to know that if you let go of your problems that God will show you the way to handle them.

One of the hardest things we have to overcome as Christians is remembering to “be still” so we can allow God to work.

“Let God have your life; He can do more with it than you can.” Dwight L. Moody

Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge. Psalm 62:8

Bible Belles: Heroes for Her!

The Pattern Is Trust

Do you notice the pattern and phrasing of the scripture? It’s “TRUST”

Every relationship you have in life is based on the same principle, “TRUST”. Friends, family, coworkers, employers and even God all need you to build a trusting relationship with them. If there is no trust, there is no meaningful relationship to stand on.

“But forget all that–it is nothing compared to what I am going to do.” Isaiah 43:18

The Blessing

When you remember to be still and ask God, you will receive the answers you are needing. Accept the blessing that is given and resolve the situation that troubles your heart and mind.

Be Thankful

Always remember to be thankful in prayer for the blessings you received. Make sure you clear your mind of the troubles and truly thank God for showing you the way to a solution.

For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withhold From those who walk uprightly.“- Psalms 84:11
